The external PageSpeed service can be unavailable or rate-limited. Website Scorer automatically falls back to local checks and labels the data source in the report.
The score changed
Reports are cached for six hours. After the cache expires, hosting conditions, page changes and external measurements can produce a different result.
The tool cannot reach a website
The site may block automated requests, require authentication, exceed the response limit, use an unsupported redirect, have a certificate problem or resolve to an address the safety filter rejects.
